Section 2 Summary (केवल सरल हिंदी)

कविता कहती है कि थोड़ा-सा रोना काम का नहीं। मन हल्का करने के लिए इतना रोओ कि तकिया भीग जाए। फिर नहा-धोकर खिड़की खोलो और हँस दो—“हा-हा!” अगर लोग पूछें क्या हो रहा है, तो हँसकर कहो कि “खुशी मेरे आख़िरी आँसू में छिपी थी, वह निकल आई—अब मैं खुश हूँ!” संदेश यह है कि भावनाएँ दबाने से बेहतर है उन्हें स्वस्थ तरीके से बाहर निकालकर फिर प्रसन्न हो जाना।

Section 3 सार (सरल हिंदी)

दिल की उदासी को आँसुओं के साथ बहा दो, फिर खुद को सँवारो, खिड़कियाँ खोलो और मुस्कुरा दो। रोने के बाद मिलने वाली हल्की-सी खुशी को कवि “आख़िरी आँसू” में छिपी हुई खुशी बताता है।

You should cry a lot—enough to soak your pillow—so that you feel light and happy afterwards.
2) What can you do after crying a lot?
